As an artist, I've always been captivated by the silent majesty of trees. I have been working on Majestic Trees: A Mixed-Media Art Exhibition for 4 years capturing trees from the Sedona area to the California coast. I invite you to explore their grandeur through my lens. This exhibition is a vibrant tapestry woven from photography, acrylic paint, and hand-pulled prints. Each mixed media Tree was created on a 12x16 cradled panel layered with gold acrylic paint to the desired effect then a hand-pulled photographic print is layered on top and finished with resin. This is a very unique and experimental process that I have been mastering since 2001. Each Tree is unique and ethereal with an inner golden glow.
